It is, indeed a kilt: registered with the Scottish Tartan Society. It’s the colours of the trail kilt of the HHH (Hash House Harriers). Green for the woods we run in, white for the flour (used to mark the trail), brown for the shiggy (=mud, etc.) we run through, a thin line of blue = water that needs to be crossed, red for the blood that invariably flows on a trail (thorns etc.), and the most important colour: amber (aka: dirty yellow) for our favourite beverage (=beer). š
