I live in Bavaria and I smiled when I saw these houses.
Colorful, eccentric and totally Bavarian.
I love my own city, it has the same architecture, totally unique in our region.

The altered version reminds me of Willemstad on the Caribbean island of Curaçao, which I had the pleasure of visiting some years ago!
