What else comes to mind when one is thinking saphire but water? All the photos in this collage come from a walk along the banks of the river Rhine near Mannheim in summer last year.

Water skiing is January!! Well, we haven’t had any snow here in Helsinki so far this winter.

The photos were taken in summer. Although it is too warm for this time of the year, it is NOT warm enough for water skiing!
