It’s brandnew. The # included is a dialect expression meaning “staying at home”. Two houses along the road there is another jungle-themed graffiti of the same artist and another few houses after that there is a graffiti still in the process of being painted, the scaffolding is up and parts are done. One part is of a man sitting with a mouth and nose mask over his face.
