I’m a fan of roof turrets

Traditionally, cocks are placed on roof ridges.

But there are more unusual alternatives these days.

Bird of prey is one way to go, dragon another.

Sleepwalkers seem to pop up everywhere these days.

Although it seems that some of these little guys have had enough.

Which brings us back to birds. I think I prefer the version on the right.

    1. I do like them. But as I said they’ve appeared on so many houses that their uniqueness wanes. Personally, I’m a fan of the dragons … ooooh, I feel another “fan of …” coming on. 😉
