Rather!
We not only had snow but it is rather cold enough to stay and instead of turning into a mushy slush it crunches when you walk on it. Chilly it is but also rather lovely.

😁 A long time ago (1984) I was in Johannesburg (South Africa) when it snowed. I remember being in a park close to wear I lived to enjoy the white stuff, seeing kids with no experience building snow men and one Japanese couple skiing with their toddler (I kid you not!). And then I saw a tv film crew setting up and a guy in flipflops behind the camera stomping his feet and swearing: “Man, I’m from Durban and I’ve never seen snow and I effing don’t care if I ever see it again!!”

A great story Elke. Sometimes it snows in the mountains near me but by mid-morning I am told it is just dirty slush
