We spent the weekend before last in Prague and our accommodation was in high-rise student dormitories.
The buildings were basic and well used. The windows were somehow warped which made for nice effects.

Nice effects, but … draughty?

Very. The draught beer in Prague is fantastic 🍺 – kidding aside. It was okay accommodation for the price. Very hard beds and everything pretty run down and old and grey. But clean and functional. We were on the topmost floor (the 10th) and we had a wonderful view.
