It has happened to me before that somebody approached me and asked what I was doing. Usually a friendly (if puzzled) exchange ensues. I had one guy threatening me but I wasn’t particularly worried – he was standing at a window on the third floor, naked at least to the waist and his house was next to a beautiful half-timbered house (which I was actually photographing). So what did he expect? 😃
Foxes are beautiful animals. We used to have endangered kit foxes on our property in Elderwood, CA. Once in a great while we would see on on it’s way down to the creek. But most of the year the creek was dry, so I don’t know where they hung out.
Cute nickname. Did it mean the same there as it does here?
They sure are flash house numbers Elke 🙂 🙂

Oooh, quite a collection. House owners must have wondered if you were A Spy, taking clandestine photos of front doors and gates.

I always love a fox! (it used to be my husband’s nickname, way back in school)

They considered him clever. Or so he tells me.

Aaaah. Clever as a fox. I’ve heard that. He was clever enough to have gotten you, so I think he did pretty well. 🙂
