“What I need is the dandelion in the spring. The bright yellow that means rebirth instead of destruction. The promise that life can go on, no matter how bad our losses. That it can be good again.”
Aren’t dandelions amazing? I used to wonder why my dad hated them so much when they sprang up in our lawn. I love the one blooming in the midst of the pile of snow! 🙂 Thanks for being a WQ Cornerstone, Elke!
To be honest I’ve only come to appreciate dandelions since I take close-up photos of them. Before then they were just yellow blobs in the grass. But close-up they are really amazing.
These are wonderful Elke 🙂

Great photos and quote. I just recently read a few things about dandelions and how every part of it is useful for something.
