Rather than showing shelves with rows of books I offer the three volumes of the Inkheart series by Cornelia Funke. The main characters in the books are a bookbinder who is also an exceptionally gifted reader, his daughter, and a great-aunt who is a serious book collector, living in a spacious villa which she only shares with her countless books.

  1. We get two links for the price of one this week. Yeah for us! I am afraid I have books for the sake of having books at this point. I have more books than I can even house, and I keep buying and borrowing more books. I only got four books read last month, but in my defense two of them were huge – so I’ve been told.
