She expects the milker to come. We expect her milk to be in a carton in the supermarket.
She hopes that the milker will have warm hands. Her expectations will be dissappointed.
We expect the milk in the carton to be fresh. Our expectations will also be dissappointed.

It’s just my private rant on the fact that it is impossible these days to get just pasteurized milk anymore, every one is “longer lasting”, i.e. semi-long shelf life (most people say it tastes fine but we find it meh).

Oh no! It was like that in France, and my daughter has the same issues in Spain. I agree. Meh it is.

She’s pretty and doesn’t look very old; it would be lovely if she had a calf at foot. Thank you for sharing her with our challenge.

I am lucky to live in a region of dairy farms so fresh milk all the time.
Lovely looking milker 🙂

We have that possibility because there are two dairy farms almost within walking distance who sell their produce. But they sell only full cream and also non-pasteurized which doesn’t agree with my husband (yes, we ARE difficult).

I am glad there are dairies around even if “some” people want want want 😂😂
A woman I know went to one of the dairies and put in an order for a lot of milk.
“What do you want all that milk for,” the farmer said.
“My beautician said it would be good for me to bathe in milk” she said.
“Do you want it pasteurised?” the farmer enquired.
“No” she said, “only up to my chin.” 😁
