This shop in Kehl (on the German side of the Rhine where Strasbourg is on the French side) was selling shishas and tobacco. I wonder what the “more” was? Did it have to do with the barred windows?
In any case, the customers could have just waited until this year, 1 April. The possession of small amounts of marihuana will be legal in less than a week. No April fool’s joke.
There will be shops selling cannabis. Although it’s not quite yet clear who can sell, who can grow the stuff commercially, how it will be distributed. But it will be legal by 1 April. Maybe an April fool’s of a different kind, after all.
