Sadza art is a form of dying fabric in Zimbabwe. Mealie porridge (similar to polenta or grits) is the staple diet of many people in Africa. In Zimbabwe it’s called sadza. The stiff porridge is placed on the fabric, once it is dry, colour is applied.
