    1. 😁 I hope I’m not bursting your bubble by letting you know that he is a US American. The kilt he is wearing is one of two tartans specially designed for the Hash House Harriers, our trail kilt (we have a blueish one, which is considered the dress kilt). The tartan is registered with the Scottish Tartan Society. It features the colour of our favourite beverage (beer) and green representing woods and fields, where we run. It has a thin line of white representing the chalk (for marking trail). A thin line of light blue (for the water that is crossed on trail). And a thin line of red (for the blood that invariably flows on trail). As you can tell, I own one, too. A sports kilt though.
