It does seem an odd thing to write on a building. I initially thought the speech Bubble was a cut off shout out to Allan. I remember seeing a Prairie Dog on YouTube shouting Allan!!! repeatedly. Here’s a link if you’re unfamiliar with what I’m rambling about.
