The Humble Leimbach

The Leimbach is a small river flowing through Wiesloch in the southwest of Germany. It takes an almost regal turn about 10km closer to the Rhine in Schwetzingen where it circles the baroque Schwetzingen Palace but in Wiesloch it is just a humble stream passing the backyards of the old houses.

The closer it gets to the centre of town, the more it gets channelled.

The ducks like it as long as it is wet.
