In the church of Argelès-sur-mer the Templar cross can be found numerous times. For the life of me I don’t know why I didn’t take more pictures or other crosses or why I didn’t include more of the surroundings. Maybe because it was inside the church and I just don’t like to take photos in churches but I honestly don’t remember. The Knights Templar were well represented in the area around Perpignan when they were not off on crusades to the holy land.

I’ve never popped into the church at Argelès-sur-mer. Have I missed out?

Not particularly. It’s okay I guess (I don’t really like churches). We dashed in on market day because churches are usually cool (re: temperature). If I remember correctly, this one – not so much.
