Spur yourself on

I think I can totally subscribe to what Robert Louis Stevenson wrote:

“Make the most of the best and the least of the worst.”

If that is not enough motivation for you, you can always consider this supreme motivation as expressed by a member fo the Guild of Assassins in Pyramids by Terry Pratchett:

“No, we do it for the money. “And, because we above all must know the value of a human life, we do it for a great deal of money. “There can be few cleaner motives, so shorn of all pretense. “Nil mortifi, sine lucre. Remember. No killing without payment.” He paused for a moment. “And always give a receipt,” he added.”

  1. I bought a set of lens balls several years ago and have never used them. I tried selling them online, but no takers. How did you take that first photo? I really like it.

    1. I placed the lensball on a wooden post. The wood was fairly dark and so it looks like it’s just floating, kind of. I totally undertand about the lensballs. I bought one and used it and pretty soon lost interest.
