First they lined up for me (the lucky shot), then they came for me. Then I ran. I got away (lucky me).

He saw the beer, he went for it. Two lucky shots. And a lucky boy (until his father grabbed the bottle away from him).

Frogs make great reflections with their eyes. I’ve got other shots with extra eyes from frogs but this was my first lucky frog.
I don’t know if this cat does this often or if it was a once off. It definitely was a once off + lucky one for me.

Being photo bombed by bees – I take that as lucky shots every day.

But my luckiest insect shots are these of a hawk moth. I had never seen one before and actually for a moment thought it was a hummingbird. My gast was flabbered but I still managed to get a few shots. Whenever I see a summer lilac now I look for more hawk moths since they seem to be those insects’ favourites. So far I wasn’t lucky again.

I love this variety of lucky shots Elke. The cows made me smile as did the cat. The frog is fabulous
