I’m fascinated by the wall on the east side of our garden at any time of the year (it’s actually the neighbour’s house, an old farm building). But this time the wall is only background as I have a rose flowering in the middle of winter in front of it.

I did have a single photo on my files that fitted the colour specification perfectly, but I’ve used it in another challenge.

On account of nothing much. Just had chicken stuck in my head. And an aunt wanted photos for her chicken. We got some (tiny) eggs in exchange. Coz the chicken were very young the old ones having been eaten by a fox.

The only cure for the cold winter blues: buy lots of books, head home, and open the first book!
