There is a German song*, and it goes:
Ich hab den Vater Rhein in seinem Bett geseh’n
ja der hat’s wunderschön,
der braucht nie aufzusteh’n.
Und rechts und links vom Bett
da steht der beste Wein –
ach wäre ich doch nur der alte Vater Rhein!
I’ve seen old Father Rhine lying in his bed, he has a wonderful lot in life as he never needs to get up.
And to the right and to left of his bed he has the best wine – oh, I wish I was the old Father Rhine!
It’s the best bed I could think of!

OWPC: Basement
Not your standard basement but below the offices of the receiver of revenues in Schwetzingen, Germany, runs a small stream. Probably originated when people complaining about the high taxes were told: “Cry me a river …” by the unfeeling tax collectors.
