In the Saudi Arabian desert it gets very hot, 40°C+ is no rarity, and in summer 50°C is not unusual. The highest I experienced was 56°C (for Americans, that reads 104° / 122° / 133° F). The best anti-perspirant will not prevent you from perspiring. Sometimes you just have to cool down. One way that can be accomplished by pouring buckets of water over oneself.
