Our US American host can’t make on the Sunday closest to Thanksgiving, so we celebrated our Hashgiving a bit early. It was a feast nevertheless, with not one but two turkeys (they are smaller in German shops) and lots and lots of sides.

Peppi packed his knapsack and set out to the bonsai plant. He rejoiced when he was immediately hired, the plant manager saying that he had the right size but warned him of occupational dangers, like drowning in the brobdingnagian puddle.
