I think Round Squares was the first Squares I joined. This millstone is definitely a sign of ages past, and it is round – even if only two thirds can be seen.

Two painted pebbles from the pebble chain that made its appearance along the side of the local lake during the big lockdown of 2020. Thanking everybody for being responsible or at least, them that were.

Traffic related thanks: A billboard thanking drivers for adhering to the volunteer speed limit of 30 km/h for the sake of the children living in the neighbourhood. Or just a general thanks from the owner of this white car, either to the other drivers for driving defensively, or possibly a thanks for the powers that provided this car in the first place.

Roof Square

Yesterday I showed the Great Synagogue of Plzeň. I had climbed up the tower of the Cathedral of St. Bartholomew to take the photo. The spire is with 103 m the highest in the Czech Republic, that’s the whole structure, of course, I was standing a few metres below. The view was amazing, showing a sea of roofs. The buildings get more modern the further you look away from the centre of town. It’s like a history of different pasts.
