The weather could have been better but a visit to Holy Island was still one of the highlights of our trip to the UK.

Sunlit boulevard
Our running group met at exactly this place today and the trees were bare-branched, it looked cold, and grey, and bleak. We had a lot of fun anyway, we usually do, but when I came home, frozen right through, I had to go and find this photo with the alley in glorious sunlight.
