Lois posted a palindome today and so I searched for funny palindromes in English. The first one i found is the one in the title and I thought it was most unusual that I have the perfect doormat t o go with it. Kind of, at least.

This red head did not want to be posted under the heading rage. It’s almost exactly ten years ago. It was the 4 July. It was the hottest day of that year. And it was the birthday of a good (US)American friend as well as her wedding. There were loads of guests in the school gym cum assembly hall of the local primary school in the small village they were living. There was no ventilation, let alone air-conditioning. The heat was very close to unbearable especially with guests in more or less formal wear. Although my husband had chosen well wearing his kilt and thus having a breeze from below, he still had a red head and sweated throught the proceedings.
