Popular Poplars
These two poplars grace the site of the Roman villa rustica near Großsachsen, close to Ladenburg and Heidelberg. There are other poplars in our area but these two give the site a Mediterranean flair that is just right.
Both trees have numbers. They are 37 years old, mere babies next to the stones of the villa.

White Focus
I’m on record that I don’t like stripping flowers of their natural colours so I have only used flowers which occur naturally white for this challenge.

Sitting on a Bench
We have this decorative, if rather useless, bench in our garden. Nobody but Henry seems to sit there.
The bench proved to be the perfect stage for Schellhaas, the bear, Grzimek, the monkey, and Tempo and Turbo, the sloths.
And then Henry got interested in his competition.
And he claimed his seat again.
