That’s Fritz. I was warned to stay well away from him. He is a mean, old farmyard tomcat. But I still think he’s beautiful.




That’s Louis and Charlie, both are natives of Saudi Arabia who have settled in Northwestern England.
I don’t know this kittie’s name, it was a chance encounter while I was out and about.
She’s just called Klara although I think she should be named something like Lady Klarabelle Chasseuse de Souris von Maushofen.
And the best comes at the end, of course. Henry – his mind and his eyes fixed on a singular purpose.

(I had this as a working title when I prepared this post because I couldn’t think of anything at the time. Now at the time of publishing I quite liked it so I am leaving it.)
You know what to expect if you have a cobbled street in front of you.
A bumpy ride – if you are on a bike. Yet it is not only the bane of cyclists but people on crutches or on phones need to watch it, too.
