I don’t often use my mobile phone to take pics. It’s a fall back if i don’t have my camera handy. But for one of my sub-hobbies it’s always there. I collect car licence plates. German plate may make words. On Friday I spotted the stuff my nightmares were made off (at least in times gone by):

About 20 metres out from the beach my son found a single dead fish while snorkeling and he wanted to bring it on land. I doubted that he could do it without touching it which he was loath to do since he wasn’t wearing any gloves. He took him a while but he did it. It was a small sole. No idea why it had died.
