That’s another name for the common chicoree. I also like the name “coffee weed”.

Carthusian Pink
I like this little flower which can often be seen in the fields at the moment. I like it more now that I know the different names it has, in German but also in English: clusterhead or clusterhead pink, dianthus carthusianorum (okay, that’s really Latin), and German pink.
