This building in Forchheim was originally built in the 19th century and has always served as a restaurant. It was originally called “Blaue Glocke”, or Blue Bell, and the bell should call for patrons and invite them in. The doors, however, seem forbidding and exclude customers. But Will You Find Your Way Back?

If you follow this signpost you end up in the Kellerwald of Forchheim. It is where the for hundreds of years the beer brewers of Forchheim in Franken have stored their beer to keep it fresh (and cool): The forest is on a hill and there are 23 cellars dug into the hill, very similar to what I imagine hobbit holes to be like.
