I’ve used this image before but it seemed so perfect to illustrate “illusion” that I thought I add something extra and reversed it.

It was part of a night light show in a park and it was a one-dimensional exhibit. But wouldn’t you just love to step right in and walk around that corner?

Another beguiling illusion from our visit to the illuminated Luisenpark in Mannheim.  This little tri-cyclist was slightly apprehensive before he ventured out on the brickwalk with his little mean machine but then he had a lot of fun.

And it was almost monochrome by itself.
