had a really hard time to conform the frenetic pace at the diary farm.
The whole scene looks deceptively calm but with that sign on the back the cow’s disposition might very well be thunderous.
Many dairy farms decorate their entrance with a plastic, life-size cow. I have even seen cows painted as strawberries, colourful and psychedelic cows.
They are pretty life-like, particularly the veins show around the udder.
Whoever painted these two specimen has gone a little overboard painting the veins in blue, black and dark russet. It bothers me everytime I pass by.

PS: While checking whether I had the right word for the blood vessels in and around the udder, I came across the startling information that there are beauty pageants for cows. There actually are cow beauty queens called Miss Zürich, for example. Now that’s a piece of trivia I will not forget in a hurry!

In the Friends’ episode Where Chandler Doesn’t Like Dogs (S7E8), Joey says: “It’s a moo point.” On being challenged, he explains what that means: “It’s like a cow’s opinion, you know, it just doesn’t matter. It’s moo“.
I guess she is making a moo point right here.
