I really really really wanted to show a peregrin falcon and I spent a considerable part of my afternoon looking for … procrastinating looking for one in my archive. This involved identifying every bird of prey photographed in the wild, even the ones that ended up as small specks in the sky. Unfortunately, common buzzards, kestrels, sparrow hawks, and common hawks turned up but no peregrin falcon.
So here instead, three of these four books have a Peregrin in them. A notable Peregrin actually. A Took. A Fool of a Took.
I hope I have used enough peregrination to peregrinate this post of mine.
