Even in the original this almost looks like a knitted sweater straight out of the 70s.

The original photo already has elements of the impressionist, even the pointillist style. So I just enhanced this aspect.

This version is softer and blurry, even vague.

The last edit seems like a combination between bold lines and washed out colour shapes.

The editing was done with photoscape.

I quite like this photo even though it’s skew.

So at first I straightened boat, losing the first oar and losing some of the photos appeal to me.

Then I gave it the water colour treatment making the photo crisp and grainy.

I prefer the oil painting treatment because of the fluidity which kind of fits the water.

Frankfurt’s TV tower, known as the Asparagus by the the locals. I’m not sure whether the combination of salami and asparagus works.

Original – a rather hazy view of a stretch of the Akamas coast, the peninsula on the northwestern end of Cyprus.

Heightened contrast. I darkened the photo and upped the contrast.

Stark black & white. Monochrome with a stark contrast.

Colour intensifyer. The water turned gold instead of silver.
