It Does the Job
The instructions are functional, the tent is functional, and I literally take three minute to put it up on my own (and five to take it down). No marriage counsellor required as with any other tent we’ve had in the past. Ragtag Daily Prompt: Functional
No Blood, but Sweat and Tears
In the Saudi Arabian desert it gets very hot, 40°C+ is no rarity, and in summer 50°C is not unusual. The highest I experienced was 56°C (for Americans, that reads 104° / 122° / 133° F). The best anti-perspirant will not prevent you from perspiring. Sometimes you just have to cool down. One way that can be accomplished by pouring buckets of water over oneself.
Occasionally, friends might help.
PS: The colour was added for friends who left the Magic Kingdom for good. It wasn’t standard practice.

My Spidey Sense Helped Me
Since Keanu Reeves was cloying my brain after I read the prompt I looked up the word “matrix” in the dictionary. Turns out it comes from Latin (surprise!) and it means either “uterus” or “dam” (as in a mother in the animal world). So: mama spidermonkey to the rescue. Very protective of her baby, including the safety tail wrapped around the rope.
