January was far too mild but the last couple of weeks we had a little snow and since then we had a few wonderful crispy, cold, sunny days – although the snow is all but gone.
For A Photo A Week with the theme weather. More climate related shots can be found here.
I was lucky to attend the game between the Scottish and South African rugby teams in Newcastle in, part of the 2015 Rugby World Cup. What better setting to take pictures of a very colourful crowd? The Springbok supporters were out in full force. Hats and make-up are a wonderful way to camouflage faces, aren’t they?
For The Daily Post Photo Challenge: a face in the crowd.
More faces and more crowds can be found here.

Fluff ball or robin?

Two stalkers.

Proudly crowing and modestly clucking.
For Cee’s Fun Foto Challenge with the subject of birds. More feathered creatures can be found here.

I found this on the side of a road, winding through a forest, adorning an old water reservoir. I like the chicken on top of the faded, ugly graffiti that was there first.
For Monday Mural. More murals and the like can be found here.

I apologise for the bad pun.
This is for One Word Photo Challenge: Moose.
