This somewhat strange structure is found between the lower and upper lake in the city centre of Böblingen, a town near Stuttgart in Germany.  I say strange because it seems so barren and stark.

The reflections make a great photographic subject.

And getting close one can play with thin columns and shadows and vanishing points.

I moved in with the people next door

They’ve had several cats before

And all of them were pussycats

They woudn’t have a tomcat or a male (no Tom!)

I’m their first tomcat, I’m Henry

On reflections (and a searching and whetting) this is my only photo that combines reflection and holidays.
