I’m told that there is no special word for the ladling of scented water over hot stones which is done at regular intervals in a sauna. It not only smells nice, it immediately raises the temperature and usually burns in your nostrils.
Here it is de rigeur to go nude in a sauna (sitting on your towel but not being rolled up in it) so my nudibums can illustrate.
