The photo is from January. It’s always wondrous to wake up to freshly fallen snow.
I’ve been sick for almost two weeks. Too sick to go to school but well enough to crawl out of bed and plonk myself in front of the computer. I’ve used the time to sort archived photos. And came upon a few older trios.

An old graffiti / mural. Even though old and dirty it still conveys a joyful mood.
And three birds on a wall – I’m sure there are many variations of this motive.
On Friday I went out to photograph the first spring flowers. When I saw your cosmic prompt I thought: “Ugh. Winter. What is winter?!”
On Saturday we woke up to this:

You might have seen me stating “I don’t do mornings.” but when we woke up to winter wonderland yesterday it was too great of a temptation – I actually got up, got dressed and took my camera and myself outside. We don’t have snow that often in our area. And as Laurence J Peter said:
The problem with temptation is that you might not get another chance.

The scenes to which we woke up this morning defy description. Yesterday I took photos of first spring flowers and this morning – WHITE.
