Last weekend our grandson was with us. Note of caution: Children remember when you tell them that deer watching happens at the break of dawn. They will wake you before dawn to make it happen. We saw one deer, several hares, and the highlight of the morning, even if they were far away: two foxes – and they were, of course, next to a tree.
