😀 It was actually built to commemorate the wedding of the local duke in 1905 and the official name is wedding tower. Today it’s booked for months and even years ahead of time if one wants to have the offical wedding ceremony there. It is the centre of a Jugendstil (art nouveau) quarter in Darmstadt, which at the beginning of the 20th century was developed an artist colony.

Nice soft turquoise! The oxidized church roofs, yummy. The photos seems to show up off focus, maybe with purpose. Emotional balance, always needed!

Yes, the soft focus was on purpose this time (the in-focus shot of the five finger tower can be seen in the preview when you click on home). I like to experiment more with photoshopping when I do collages. Thanks for commenting.
