This is a northern bald ibis – in German a “Waldrapp”, hence the title.

    1. I am an ibis and I like to rap
      Traipsing in the forest, going trap, trap, trap.
      My feathers are awesome, they are totally gleaming.
      When you look at me you think you are dreaming.
      My head, though, is balding and that’s okay.
      Rather look at my feet, they are doing ballet.
      😀
      When I saw Aino’s image I immediately remembered this bird in my archive.

    1. Yes, that’s one major reason why I like to take part in the väriskollaasit challenge. I often try to find photos that have all or at least more than one of the given colours in it.
