This art nouveau building was originally built by the Reichsbank at the beginning of the 20th century. It now houses the “Volkshochschule Badische Bergstraße”, a member of the nationwide association of adult education centres.

What a great place to study.

It’s mainly for the admin (as usual). Most classes are taught in various schools all over the town area. I used to teach a beginners’ English class in a primary school. My 50+ students squeezed in those small chairs … But I am not complaining: My German classes are in a school dedicated to adult education classes, I even have my own cupboard (!).
