It’s in the old part of a little town near Heidelberg. The houses are build next to the little stream coming from the nearby hills. Some are not used anymore, or they have their main entry to the other side.
It’s very expensive. Because in these old towns you have to adhere to very strict regulations to keep the character of the houses. But it is happening, house by house.
We have that in listed areas too. Shame really it would be better for the buildings and people if government worked with people to help regenerate rather than overprice and let everything fall to ruin.

How lovely to have a stream as part of your home. They should make the disused homes beautiful again.

There are schemes to help with the finances but it is still expensive.
