Traditionally houses weren’t blue in Gemany. But half-timbered works well in blue. As do shingles, which are traditional in the Odenwald.

      3. LOL, we have obligations to family here, but I think my Italian husband would move to Italy in a heartbeat if we had the freedom to do so. I spent three weeks in England, two weeks in France and two in Italy with just a few days in Greece. I would love to come and travel more. There is so much to see and experience in Europe. I would love to meet all my blogging friends in Europe but to which wonderful place would I move? It would be hard to choose. How about you? If you could move to the United States, where would you choose?

      4. That’s a difficult one. I have friends in Atlanta, North Carolina, Washington D.C. and Oregon. I’ve got good friends in Vancouver so Washington state is an option. And of course, any the Northwestern States, Vermont possibly. No – too difficult to call. 😀
