Thank you for checking. I could find similar berries but not with the right leaves. And now I know it’s an euyonimus. We had euyonimusses (euynonimussi?) in our garden once upon a time and we always loved the name. š
Geriatri’x’ has found the German name (or at least one of the varieties since there seem to be lots of relatives) and I like that name as well. “PfaffenhĆ¼tchen” means “small cap of a priest”.
