Not happening this year! Here life is almost back to normal.

Our infection numbers keep climbing and the politicians talk about easing restrictions. Go figure! But the “Sommertagsumzug”, the spring corso was cancelled way back at the beginning of winter. They will have an alternative, though. The highlight of the day is the burning of a huge snowman (not made of snow, of course) and apparently they will burn one after all.

Yes, they did. It was not quite as it used to be. The route was changed so that the path did not get to narrow. And the climax, the burning of a large snowman effigy was moved from the market place (used to be quite packed) to the local park which is more open.
