Useless Windows

A wall left standing from arguably Germany’s most famous ruin, the Heidelberg Castle.
Seen in Heppenheim, on a Hofreite, a kind of grange.

On the back of an outbildung on Schloss Wiser in Hirschberg-Leutershausen.

  1. I love these kind of windows. Always make me wonder what the history might be. The castle window reminds me of the first time I used a camera – yep – I headed for the Heidelberg castle. Wish I could find those photos … Thank you!
