š Kind of, yes. But this location has looked like that for over 2000 years (the Romans took granite blocks from here and on some of them there are still Roman stone cutters left). I don’t know when the tourists moved in but at least in summer they are there in masses and keep the stones clean (and slippery when it rained).
… and then the lichens and mosses start to muscle in.
